At Yasouqi, we work hard to get your order to your doorstep quickly and safely.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on Friday/Saturday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

3. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order anytime at Yasouqi.com > Track My Order.
4. Customs & VAT
All prices include VAT. For GCC orders outside UAE, any customs duties are included in the shipping price - no extra charges on delivery.
5. Delays
Sometimes delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, or national holidays. This is out of our control, but we will always keep you updated. If your package is delayed, please contact us.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack every item with care. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund immediately.
